The picture was great...then its downfall...In turning the volume up to its highest setting "50" it was still hard to hear even when sitting two feet from the screen. We tried a couple of DVD's with no luck. Same low volume on an otherwise stunning pictured LCD TV set...Returning it tomorrow with Amazon's foolproof buyers satisfaction guarantee...If you want to hook it up to a sound system you might be very satisfied with it...we just don't
have room in our RV for that type of hookup...
