(More customer reviews)Very cheap feeling plastic case, poorly constructed unit was dead on arrival. Any disk inserted was immediately ejected by the unit. Software package is junk, lame no-name app to write files to disk, windows can do that without any help at all ... I returned the unit and will look for another brand name model. This is one to avoid in my opinion.
