(More customer reviews)My MacBook Pro's DVD drive was non-functional. It would keep spitting DVDs out no matter how clean they were. I tried blowing out the drive with compressed air, but that didn't help much since you can't really get in there without taking the drive out of the computer. I tried SkipDr as a last resort...and it worked! Thank god! A new DVD drive costs a small fortune for a MacBook Pro, so I'm glad I tried this first.
