(More customer reviews)Well, my first able they sent me didn't work for my xbox 360. The video worked, but audio would lag and just sound generally screwed up. The shipping process was fine, and heck, I bought this cable for 1 cent, so I didn't really care that it didn't work.. at least I didn't have to pay $40 for the microsoft version. But this seller was very helpful and went the extra mile when I posted my review that the cable didn't work, and sent me a replacement for free at absolutely no cost to me. I really appreciated their customer service. The second cable also didn't work perfectly, creating some sort of a lag between screen changes on my xbox 360 but at this point I figure it must be something wrong with the version of my 360 and not the cable. Thank you for trying to fix the situation.
