(More customer reviews)I just got off the phone with HP technical support and I am so disappointed. I have had this computer little over an year and it has been broken the third time now. All I do with it is check the email and store some pictures. I am very disappointed with their horrible customer service, their product quality and the worst of all their unwillingness to help. I will never ever will buy any kind of HP product and I will recommend everybody to stay away from these horrible experience. This is not the first time i feel this way ever since I bought the most expensive computer in the store. But what did I know it broke in two month and they couldn't save any data, even though they made me pay money to save them. Ever since then I am trying to get that money back, because I got an empty computer back. And now they are asking me to pay more money so they can fix it for the third time this year. People stay away from HP!!!!!!!!!
