(More customer reviews)I have tried 2 of these things now and they both exhibited the same problems exactly. The tape will jam the VCR and it will either eject or the VCR will power off. The cleaner will not run at all. I even tried it in multiple VCRs. It jammed all VCRs. I have no idea what is wrong with it. JUNK!!!
