(More customer reviews)I bought 2 at Best Buy for 729.00 each for Xmas, and had them "Optimized" by Best Buy for 39.00 each. The day after they were opened, the screen on one went out. Best Buy replaced the laptop and transfered the programs to the new laptop. The next day, the CD drive on the other laptop went out. Best Buy replaced the drive. Good service from BB but a hassle. Shouldn't have had 2 pretty serious hardware failures so soon.
