(More customer reviews)Excellent, my Xbox 360 broke. Square trade was very helpful. After walking through a couple of trouble shooting steps they emailed me a ups shipping label the next day. I shipped the Xbox for them to inspect and 3 days later they refunded the full purchase price to my PayPal account. The whole process they keep you up to date, sending notices when they receive the broken item etc.
Over all they made the whole process very easy, and took away the stress of something expensive being broken.
