(More customer reviews)This is a great item at first but after the first couple of weeks this will become a pain to deal with. I had this for about a month to a month and a half and the netflix would freeze up and cut the player off. When you call customer service they tell you that you have to reset it. This means that during your down time you have to get up, unplug the unit and hold the on button for a half minute. UGH!!!!!!! If they have you send it in, you have to wait until they are done. Who wants to pay for something to not have it at all for a while. When it is working it is great but it won't last long. If you buy this then GOOD LUCK. You are really going to need it.
