I was pleasantly surprised that the disc wasn't compressed too much, you really can get the lengths and size it says. Encoding times are pretty ridiculous, even if the writing speed isn't too agonizing. I put the first two Seasons of the Office (NBC), the first season of Prison Break, and the first two seasons of Lost all on one disc, with room to spare. They all play very smoothly in the Sony AR190G. Overall a pretty good deal for the storage size, but I really wish I could but 5 or 10pks, or idealy a 25-100 spindel. All in due time.
