(More customer reviews)I bought this drive thinking that HP should create very well units as they do with servers and laptops, however this unit doesn't really fullfil my expectations. It has two main problems: doesn't work with all type of media (at least doesn't work with Verbatim LTH BD-R discs) and doesn't have support in HP support website, neither the driver nor firmware update is available in HP's support page. I do not recommend this drive.
