(More customer reviews)I purchased this Blu-Ray combo drive to replace the DVD burner in my ASUS G51Jx. The most difficult part was removing the faceplate from the drive so I could use the one that is contoured to my laptop. One important thing to note is that if you do not already have a Blu-Ray drive on your system, you will probably have to purchase Blu-Ray player software before you can use the device for Blu-Ray movies. Windows XP, Vista, nor 7 does not have the CODECs for playing Blu-Ray movies. The burner portion works great for both data and video; no issues there.
